It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Holistic Health Counselor, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation.

My mission is to provide individuals support in attaining radiant and vibrant health!  I am motivated to help people who are serious about improving their health and nutrition, and achieving their ideal weight and level of fitness. I also assist individuals in increasing their overall happiness and in leading more fulfilling lives. Through my varied knowledge and experience, I will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.

I am here to create a nurturing environment while we explore the food and lifestyle choices that best support you as an individual. Through hands-on education and interactive support I will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.  My ideal client would be open-minded and willing to try new things, with an optimistic attitude.

Optimum Nutrition for our Busy Lives

Our society is facing ever increasing rates of diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and multiple forms of cancer. These top killers are all preventable (and reversible) with proper nutrition. Our bodies need good, healthy food to use as fuel throughout the day. We need to focus on eating items that provide plenty of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients (from plant sourced foods) for a steady source of energy, not resorting to processed foods and caffeinated beverages to keep us going throughout the day.

Raw Foods for Increased Energy

The main reason raw foods are so health promoting is that they contain enzymes to help you digest your food (if an item is heated above 118 degrees all enzymes are destroyed), and fresh fruits and vegetables are loaded with phytonutrients. They also have a high water content which keeps one from becoming dehydrated. Raw foods promote increased energy, mental clarity and better focus. Studies show that eating raw vs. cooked vegetables reduces the risk of many types of cancer, including gastrointestinal, oral, esophageal and others.
